Island Eats Food & Travel Festival – Saturday, June 14th and Sunday, June 15th, 2025

Island Eats will provide a dazzling array of fun activities, entertainment and excitement for the entire family. Enjoy exotic cuisine prepared by gourmet Caribbean chefs. Jump into Jamaican Jerk Chicken, relax with Roti from Trinidad & Tobago and glorify your taste buds with Grace Coconut Water. Island Eats will be an experience to remember for food lovers and cultural enthusiasts across Ontario.

The CSF  will use this venture as an avenue to raise funds and awareness to achieve our shared goal of improving the lives of youths through education scholarships and bursaries. We at the CSF, are delighted and grateful that this team has decided to work with us to make a difference in the lives of many.

TRINBAGO FESTIVAL – September 5 to 7, 2025

Trinbago Toronto is held under the auspices of the Consulate General of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, in partnership with Tourism Trinidad Limited and the Tobago Tourism Agency Ltd as a fundraiser for the Caribbean Scholarship Foundation.

After bursting onto the Toronto summer festival scene in 2022 and growing to an extraordinary 40,000 visitors in 2024, Trinbago Toronto Festival continues to grow! We’re excited to return in 2025..

Join us as we host even more vendors serving Trinidad and Tobago cuisine, more epic cultural performances on stage, and special booths from various sponsors and partners, including Visit Trinidad and Visit Tobago—with a chance to win a trip to Trinidad and Tobago and other great prizes!

During Trinbago, the rich culture of Trinidad & Tobago is on full display, with music, food and dance. Attendees will be jumping and waving to Soca, Calypso and Steelpan courtesy of local and international artists. Visitors will also savour  a variety of authentic delicacies from Trinidad and Tobago.

Trinbago provides a paid opportunity for dozens of local Caribbean artists to perform to a large audience, Caribbean volunteers from learn valuable skills in event planning, marketing, sales, stage management, and more. It also creates an opportunity for Caribbean food and craft vendors to sell their products and generate significant income.

The Caribbean Scholarship Foundation (CSF) hosts its annual holiday fundraiser with a traditional Caribbean flare.

Combining the excitement, beauty, and splendor of the Caribbean with the warmth and cheer of the holiday season, guests will enjoy the pleasant aromas of Caribbean spices, the delectable taste of exotic island cuisine, and an authentic cultural celebration. Guests will also learn more about Caribbean cuisine and customs; dance the night away to the rhythmic beat; mix and mingle with friends, special invitees, and of course, a sample from dozens of the world’s finest Caribbean spirits and cocktails.

There will be plenty of entertainment throughout the evening, in addition to fun and exciting contests.  The Spirits and Spice Fundraiser offers a unique and exciting opportunity to enjoy an authentic Caribbean experience, while directly making an investment in the lives of thousands of Caribbean people through Education and Economic Development.
